† The Diocese of West Michigan
is sponsoring two upcoming mission trips to provide Hurricane Katrina relief: October
23-November 1 to Camp Coast Care in Long Beach, Mississippi. Our own Sharon B.
and Bob B. will be going with 50 other volunteers.
In addition, Tami V. along with Jon & Carolyn S. will be going to
New Orleans on Nov. 30-December 11.

with schedule conflicts for this year's Diocesan missions, consider organizing a group to help the victims of the Galveston
disaster. Regarding the Diocesan missions, the exact dates for the hurricane relief mission to Mississippi are October
23rd through November 1st, 2009, and the New Orleans mission begins November 30th, 2009, and ends December

Members from St. Timothy Church participated in 2 mission trips in 2008 and one in the fall of 2007 in partnership with
the Diocese of Western Michigan and Episcopal Relief & Development.
They traveled to Camp Coastcare in Mississippi as well as to New Orleans.
